The Ben Murphy Bike Ride for Preemies raises money for babies born
premature. Through a combination of Corporate sponsors and individual
riders, this charity is able to help those affected by premature

The ride is a 20 mile bike ride that uses the beautiful Cedar
Valley Trail. This is a very nice paved trail that takes you through
the heart of the city. We start at the New Shack Tavern and
ride to the Hawthorne Suites hotel. If you’re not up to the 20
miles, you can stop and turn around at whatever point you are
comfortable. This is a ride for all types of cyclists. Actually,
most riders are casual cyclists - so don't think you need to be hard-core.
Beginners do fine. |

The cost is only $15, and you get a custom designed Ben's Ride T-shirt,
water bottle, and other goodies from our sponsors. So, check out the
registration page, fill it out, send it in, and get ready to have some fun
and raise some money for a worthy cause. |
